3. 100% Free Returns (No Hidden Fees)

We are dedicated to removing risks for our buyers, fully aligning with strict Google Merchant Center compliance rules:

  • Return Shipping Fees: Free ($0.00 USD). Kovev will issue a prepaid return shipping label via email for all accepted returns. The customer will not bear any outbound or return transport costs.
  • Restocking Fees: No Restocking Fees ($0.00 USD). We do not charge processing or administrative penalties for returned merchandise.
  • Defective/Damaged Items (Merchant Fault): If the product arrives defective, incorrect, or broken, we cover all costs and offer immediate resolution.
  • Customer Remorse / Change of Mind: If you simply change your mind, the same 30-day free return terms apply, provided the product remains completely unused and in its original packaging.

4. Step-by-Step Return Procedure

  1. Initiate Request: Email our support desk at support@kovev.shop. State your order number, the exact SKU items you wish to return, and provide high-resolution photos/videos documenting the product condition.
  2. Receive Label: Once our support staff approves your request, we will email you a prepaid PDF return shipping label along with explicit packaging drop-off instructions.
  3. Package & Ship: Securely wrap the product in its original boxes, affix the prepaid label externally, and deliver the package to the nearest authorized carrier drop-off center within 7 days of receiving the label.

5. Refund Inspection & Processing Timeline

  • Inspection: Once your package is returned and received at our designated hub, our fulfillment team will conduct a physical verification check within 2 business days to confirm compliance with our return standards.
  • Approval & Execution: Upon validation, an automated notification will be sent to your email address confirming acceptance. The refund will be authorized back to your original source of payment.
  • The 10-Day Refund Guarantee: We guarantee that all approved refunds will be fully processed and executed within 10 business days of our receiving the returned merchandise.
