5. Tracking and Tracking Discrepancies
Once your consignment is dispatched, a shipping confirmation email containing a valid carrier tracking number (e.g., USPS, FedEx, or DHL SmartPost) will be automatically delivered to your registered email address. You can track your shipment live on our website or directly through the courier’s portal. Please allow 24–48 hours for the initial tracking status to update online.
6. Order Address Modification & Cancellation
- Address Correction: It is the buyer's responsibility to guarantee the correctness of the inputted shipping address. Once an order enters handling/dispatch, the shipping label cannot be altered, and the buyer assumes full accountability.
